· Recruitment & Selection full cycle

· Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.

· Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.

·Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees

Requirements

· Min 5 years of experience in HR

· Bachelor degree- Business Administration is preferred

· V.good in excel

· Age max 32

· Male

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

2. PMP Certificate is a Must. 

3. More than 15 Years’ experience as Chief Operation Officer

4. Experience inside Egypt only

5. Project management.

6. Project Manager position for at least 10 years in construction companies

7. A proven track record of senior leadership and strategic management, overseeing operations in a fast-growing environment. 

8. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks and processes, driving efficiency and optimization.
